Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods & Costs
Layla Moon offers standard shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, and your shipping location. You can view the exact shipping fees at checkout before finalising your purchase.
​2. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3-4 days from the time the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-Orders will not be processed until the allocated time frame set out at the time of your purchase, unless otherwise specified via email, in this instance a 14 day processing time may apply from the date provided. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, however Layla Moon will endeavour to ensure that products are in stock at all times to avoid delays. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
​3. Shipping Times
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days after processing. International orders may take up to 9 business days to arrive, depending on the destination, customs processing, and any current disruptions or delays relevant to Australia and/or other countries.
​4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.​
5. Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside Australia, you may be required to pay customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping charges.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or personal preference once the purchase is completed.

2. No Refunds on Pre-Ordered Items
No refunds will be provided once the order is placed. Pre-orders are treated as final sales. Please ensure you are committed to the purchase before completing your pre-order.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify Layla Moon within 14 days of delivery. Upon verification, a full refund or replacement may be offered, depending on the circumstances, and/or products sold. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item, along with your order details.
​4. Lost Items in the Post
Layla Moon is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen items once they have been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time frame from the date of shipment (Australia 2-6 business, United States 5-9 business days, United Kingdom 4-7 business days) please contact Layla Moon immediately at laylamoonauthor@outlook.com and we will assist in tracking the shipment through the postal service. Refunds or replacements may be offered strictly on a case by case basis at the decision of Layla Moon, except in the event where the product is confirmed lost in transit once it has left Australia then a full replacement will be given.
5. Return Process
For eligible returns (damaged or defective items), please contact Layla Moon at laylamoonauthor@outlook.com with your order number, a description and image of the issue. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
6. Liability
Layla Moon is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct to avoid delivery issues.
